Purchase Process

Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will invoice you for your purchases. Your bank account will be debited using the existing mandate and funds will be collected within 48 hours of purchase. If you have agreed funding lines in place these will be activated on your behalf.

 

Delivery Options

A Standard Delivery fee will be applied to all purchases at a cost of £160+VAT per vehicle; the Standard Delivery lead times are 5 working days for Mainland and 8 working days for Northern Ireland.

Wholesale Standard

All Volkswagen UK stock is fully prepared to the VWG Wholesale Standard and must be fully inspected by an authorised member of your staff at the time of delivery. Any damage considered unacceptable should be listed on the delivery note before you sign for acceptance of the vehicle.

In the event that you are unable to undertake a delivery inspection any subsequent claim made will be rejected. It is not acceptable to sight poor weather conditions as a reason for non-inspection.

A claim may be submitted if a vehicle does not meet the VWG Wholesale Standard for used vehicles.

VWG will only accept a claim for wholesale standard related issues or safety concerns via the designated claims portal that is managed by BCA. Claims via any other route are not a valid claim method.

The portal requires a username and password which are assigned by BCA in order to access the system, if you are not already set up as a dealership on the BCA Portal, you will need to contact BCA via email on [email protected]
